THE TARN REGION

THE TARN DEPARTMENT (OCCITANIE)

Located in the northeast of the Toulouse city, the Tarn department is a rural area with a tertiary economy. Agricultural activity is still very present, notably through a recognized vineyard; Gaillac, but also cattle breeding and cereal cultivation. The Tarn also has undeniable tourist assets throughout its territory which allow it to be known far beyond its borders.

GAILLAC VINEYEARD

The Gaillac vineyard is the oldest one in France. As Gaillac is a famous vineyard of South West France you have to spend some time in a winery to meet local winemakers. We could give you a list of wineries open to public in this wine area. Some very famous wineries are available to welcome you and to offer you an unforgettable moment.
